1) The specific setting method is:
According to the stroke range of different types of stone engraving machines, the manual machine tool is used to move the machine to the limit position of the three axes until it hits the stroke switch, recording the minimum movement of the X, y and Z axes. The maximum coordinate value, you can enter the corresponding position in the position parameter.
2) The position of the knife. This group of parameters is used to set the X, y coordinates and Z-axis rapid descent distance (Z-axis value) of the center of the tool set when the tool is used for tool setting.
"Processing Timing" allows the operator to know in advance the time it takes to engrave before engraving. Its calculation is based on the set engraving parameters, the time used to process the current engraving file, this time does not include the middle of the tool change, positioning, etc., is an estimate. The engraving parameters that affect the "machining timing" include the feed rate, the falling speed, the falling delay, the Z-axis stroke, etc., and are also related to the "priority mode".
Path property switch setting
The “path attribute switch” is mainly used to control whether the parameters of the path are used for machining during machining. These parameters include "feedrate", "spindle speed", "slow blade distance", "fast tool lift height" and "drop delay time".
The "Path Property Switch Setting" command can be called in the "Extended Function" by pressing the key combination "Alt~-G" and then pressing the "K" key. The system will pop up the "Path Property Switch" dialog box. The system defaults to 5 options. To disable the state, to open one or several options, simply click on the item with the mouse to make the "√" mark on the small box on the front, or use the "Tab" button to move the cursor, then press " Space'' key, will open the desired option.
For high-level programmers or mature processes, you can set the parameters of the engraving process when programming the tool path. Open the “path property switch” during machining, and process it according to the path's own parameters, but in the trial and When starting machining, the "feedrate" switch should be turned off to set a lower advance.
3) Tool change position. This group of parameters is used to set the X, y, Z three-axis coordinates of the “tool change position” that is convenient for tool change. After setting the “tool change position”, after using “to change tool position” in “special case movement”, the machine head will move to the set position and wait for the operator to perform the tool change operation.
The specific setting method of the engraving machine software is:
Manually control the movement of the machine tool to the position where the tool change operation is convenient, record the current machine tool coordinate value, and input it into the corresponding “position parameter”.
